These terms govern your use of paintlink.pro and of the counselling services provided by Paintlink Education Network Sdn. Bhd. ("Paintlink"). By using the site or engaging our counsellors you accept them. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. What our service is

Paintlink provides education counselling: programme shortlisting, comparison of fees and entry requirements, scholarship identification, and administrative support with applications and enrolment to institutions we represent. The service is provided free of charge to students and their families. We are remunerated by partner institutions through placement fees after a student enrols.

2. What our service is not

• We are not a university and do not issue offers, awards or qualifications; those decisions rest solely with each institution.
• We are not a visa agent or law firm; we assist with student-visa paperwork but immigration decisions belong to the relevant authorities.
• We are not a financial adviser; fee estimates and funding information are prepared with care but must be confirmed in the institution's own written offer before you rely on them.

3. Accuracy and your responsibilities

Shortlists are prepared from information current at the date stated on the document. Universities revise fees, entry requirements and scholarship quotas without notice; the institution's formal letter of offer always supersedes our documents. You agree to provide truthful and complete information — falsified academic records invalidate our service and can void university offers and visas granted on them.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics and downloadable documents — belongs to Paintlink and may not be republished commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share our guides privately with family and friends; that is what they are for.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Paintlink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions of universities, scholarship bodies or immigration authorities, from fee or policy changes made by third parties, or from interruptions to this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

6. Fair-conduct promise

Our written shortlist commitments — complete fee disclosure, salaried counsellors, presentation of every matched option — form part of our engagement with you. If you believe we have fallen short of them, raise it at [email protected]; complaints are reviewed by a director within seven working days.

7. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; the version in force when you engaged us continues to govern that engagement. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder stands.
