Our story, briefly

Paintlink Education Network Sdn. Bhd. was registered in 2022 by two counsellors who had spent a decade inside university admissions offices in the Klang Valley. From the inside, they kept seeing the same pattern: families making forty-thousand-ringgit decisions with less comparison than they would apply to a phone purchase — because nobody neutral would sit down and lay the options side by side.

So that became the whole company. We took the placement-fee model that already funds every education agent, and attached it to a working promise: the student sees every matched option with full fees, whatever it pays us. Four years on, a team of eleven counsellors in Bangsar has walked more than three thousand students into foundation, diploma, degree and postgraduate programmes across five countries.

Who you'll meet

Every Paintlink counsellor has either worked inside a university admissions office or spent five-plus years in enrolment advisory. Most importantly, each of us handles a deliberately small caseload — around thirty families per intake — because the whole point of a human counsellor is time to actually listen. You get one named counsellor from first session to orientation day, reachable on WhatsApp, not a ticketing queue.
